Fish for Health participated in the IFC Foz do Iguaçu

From September 2 to 4, Fish for Health participated the IFC in Foz do Iguaçu, an event that aims to bring together all links of the production chain.

Our team member, Dr. Gilmar, a postdoctoral researcher, shared a bit about his experience at the event: “For me, the event was very important and valuable. It allowed me to gain a better understanding of the sector, even though the focus was more on production than processing. Still, I noticed that in some presentations, the speakers also discussed the full utilization of fish, including the development of new products. I found that very interesting, as it is fully aligned with what we aim to accomplish in Task 5 of the Fish for Health project.”
