On September 11 and 12, the Fish for Health project held culinary workshops at SESC Santos, in partnership with the Mesa Brasil SESC Program
During the activities, we presented creative recipes that highlight the value of seafood and showcase new possibilities for everyday meals:
✨ Tilapia kibbeh made with Mechanically Separated Meat (MSM).
✨ Fish shells inspired by the traditional stuffed crab shell dish.
In addition to the cooking and tasting sessions, there were interactive activities, a presentation of the project, and discussions about the health benefits of seafood consumption. We also introduced MSM — a product still not widely known by the public — and demonstrated how it can be incorporated into recipes in a practical and delicious way.
